Jacob Gould (known as Jake) is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining the office, he focused his career on education as both a Special Education Teacher and Attorney. As a teacher, he taught students in Washington, DC with severe and profound disabilities. As an attorney, Jake represented families with special needs children to ensure the students were comprehensively evaluated and provided an appropriate individual education plan.
Jake received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. Prior to living in the DC area, he worked in New York on white collar crimes in order to return funds to victims of fraud. Jake is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C, New Jersey, and New York.
